Tan Cottage Barn Conversion

A key objective of Tan Cottage involved sensitive treatment of the building fabric. One of the major successes of the project was in providing high quality, robust and modern fittings within the buildings, while maintaining the barns' historic features, such as roof trusses and masonry piers.

This once run down chateau in western France, was converted into a glorious home, with superbly designed bathrooms and bedrooms and landscaped gardens.

This dated 70's style Indian Restaurant and it's adjacent hairdressing salon were refurbished in Rugby, Warwickshire and converted into a modern, spacious Indian Restaurant creating an authentic Indian style.

The K Bar Karaoke Bar

This once run down 2 storey town pub was refurbished and converted into a thriving karaoke bar right in the centre of Birminghams bustlng night scene.
